Enrollment 2024/25

We accept applications for the study programs International Logistics Management and Sustainable Mobility and Logistics from mid-February to the end of September 2024 through the eVŠ portal.

Enrollment conditions and application deadlines 2024/25

Undergraduate study program: International Logistics Management

  • For enrollment in the  Year 1, successful completion of one of the following is required:

    • High school graduation exam or

    • Vocational Matura or

    • Final exams of any 4-year secondary school program or

    • International Baccalaureate (IB).

  • Direct entry into the Year 2 is possible according to the following criteria:

    1. Graduates of higher professional colleges (related and unrelated programs accepted after 1994):

    • Graduates of related disciplines (logistics, transportation, economics, administration, and professional programs) must, in addition to regular study obligations, pass 2 differential exams (regular courses in bachelor program): 

      • Basics of Logistics and Sustainable Mobility and 

      • Legal Framework for Business in International Logistics.

    • Graduates of unrelated disciplines (other professional programs) must, in addition to regular study obligations, pass 3 differential exams: 

      • Basics of Logistics and Sustainable Mobility, 

      • Legal Frameworks for Business in International Logistics, and

      • Business Economics.

    2. Direct entry into the 2nd year is also possible for candidates applying based on recognized exams taken in other higher education programs or first-cycle programs, provided they have recognized exams from the Year 1 in the amount of:

    • 40 ECTS for regular study or 

    • 30 ECTS for part-time study.

    Applicants with equivalent education obtained abroad also fulfill the entry requirements.

     

    In case of limited enrollment, candidates will be selected based on the average grade of their previous studies and the number of available slots.

  • Direct entry into the 3rd year is possible according to the following criteria:

     

    1. Graduates of higher professional colleges (related and unrelated programs accepted after 1994):

    • Graduates of related disciplines (logistics, transportation, economics, administration, and professional programs) must, in addition to regular study obligations, pass 2 differential exams (regular courses in bachelor program):  

      • Basics of Logistics and Sustainable Mobility and 

      • Legal Framework for Business in International Logistics.

    • Graduates of unrelated disciplines (other professional programs) must, in addition to regular study obligations, pass 3 differential exams: 

      • Basics of Logistics and Sustainable Mobility, 

      • Legal Frameworks for Business in International Logistics, and 

      • Business Economics.

    2. Direct entry into the 3rd year is also possible for candidates applying based on recognized exams taken in other higher education programs or first-cycle programs, provided they have recognized exams from:

    • 40 ECTS for the regular and 52 ECTS for the Year 1 for regular study or 

    • 30 ECTS for the 2nd year and 45 ECTS for the Year 1 for part-time study.

    In case of limited enrollment, candidates will be selected based on the average grade of their previous studies and the number of available slots.

     

    Applicants with equivalent education from abroad also fulfill the entry requirements.

Application submission

Step 1

  • after receiving the application, we check whether the candidate meets the enrollment conditions

  • in the event that the candidate does not meet the enrollment conditions, we invite him/her to supplement the application

  • with the end of the application period, i.e. with the beginning of the enrollment period, we invite candidates who meet the enrollment conditions to enroll

  • the entire registration process is done digitally

  • first fill out the registration form

  • a contract is concluded

  • pay the registration fee

  • gain access to the e-classroom where you can find:

    • list of subjects for the school year in question,

    • electronic schedule (lectures, exercises, exams) 

    • access to study materials, 

    • access to other participants in the individual course (professors, students), 

    • and many other functions,

  • we will also ask you to complete the placement test for business English before the start of the school year  

Before the start of the school year

Step 4

  • the school year begins in the first days of October

  • lectures and exercises take place until the end of June

  • the semester is organized cyclically (lectures and exercises of two or three courses take place at the same time, followed by exams)

Enrollment conditions and application deadlines 2024/25

Master's study program: Sustainable Mobility and Logistics

  • Admission requirements for the 1st year:

    Completion of a study program in relevant fields such as business and administrative sciences, law, economics, information and communication technologies, security, transport services, or any comparable study program:

    • Bachelor's degree program (professional or university) with a minimum of 180 ECTS,

    • Higher professional study program adopted before 11.06.2004 (before the introduction of the Bologna system),

    • University study program or specialist study program after completing higher professional education, adopted before 11. 6. 2004 (before the introduction of the Bologna system).

    Eligibility for graduates from other professional fields:

    • Graduates who have completed a study program under points 1, 2, and 3 of the previous paragraph from other professional fields defined in the first paragraph are eligible for enrollment

    • Additional study obligations include subjects: Basics of Logistics and Sustainable Mobility and Business Economics

    Transition to a higher year:

    Based on the scope of recognized obligations from the previous study program, obtained in Slovenia or abroad, the candidate can enroll in the same or a higher year of the master's program Sustainable Mobility and Logistics if the recognized obligations meet the transition requirements specified by the accredited study program.

  • For direct enrollment in the 2nd year of the master's degree program Sustainable Mobility and Logistics, candidates are eligible from related and unrelated study fields:

     

    1. From related study fields:

    • Graduates of study programs for obtaining a university education or specialization, accepted before 11. 6. 2004, in the fields of business and administrative sciences, law, economics, information and communication technologies, security, transport services, or other comparable professional fields

    • Candidates who meet the requirements will need to pass differential exams in the subjects Sustainable Logistics Systems and Strategic Management of Logistics and Transport Processes.

    2. From unrelated study fields:

    • Graduates of study programs for obtaining a university education or specialization, accepted before 11. 6. 2004, in other study fields

    • Candidates who meet the requirements will need to pass differential exams in the subjects Sustainable Logistics Systems and Strategic Management of Logistics and Transport Processes.

    3. Recognition of education obtained abroad:

    Candidates who have completed equivalent education abroad also meet the admission requirements. Candidates with foreign education must submit an application for the recognition of education for the purpose of continuing education, along with the required evidence, together with the enrollment application.
